- Clarification of budget figures for 2011 in order to ensure its deficit to no more than 1.5% of GDP (before the budget was planned with a deficit 3.2% of GDP);.

- Limiting the emission of pure public loan programs in 2011 in an amount not more than 4 %;.

- Clarification of the volume of input and funding in 2011 in the amount of housing provided by non-emission sources, and the provisions made up in the regions and Minsk groups of developers;.

- Reduction in funding public investment program by 30% with the transfer of regional executive committees and Minsk City Executive Committee authority to the allocation of financial resources and the search for extra-budgetary and non-emission sources of funding.

Measures to protect the domestic consumer market:.

- The elimination of price disparity with neighboring countries for consumer goods in connection with a complex of measures to sotszaschite population;.
